We aim to increase the capacity of Philippine higher education institutions (HEIs) in supporting the growth and improvement of university-based startup enterprises with a clear social impact. One of the ways to do this is to bring in experts from outside the country to provide the Philippine universities with the best practices in entrepreneurship teaching, social enterprise mentorship, and incubator operations.
