Dado serves as Managing Partner of Tallwood Venture Capital, and is the Chairperson of Philippine Development Foundation. With his past experiences as an entrepreneur, Dado provides Tallwood with a unique perspective in technology investments based on his past experience as an entrepreneur himself. Tallwood invests in unique and hard-to-do semiconductor technology solutions for computing, communication, and consumer platforms. As an engineer, he is credited with developing several key semiconductor technologies that are considered to be the foundation of computers that we are all using today. and is regarded as a Silicon Valley visionary. At present, Dado has been investing and working with AI and Machine Learning startups such as Wave Computing. He believes that the future of tech must incorporate these fields. To document his decades of experience as an entrepreneur, engineer, and investor, he chronicled his best practices into a book called Five Success Factors which became the basis of various entrepreneurship workshop modules including the lecture series for the Innovation for Social Impact Partnership (ISIP) project with UNDP and DFAT-Australia. The same book was the basis of the course outline of Technopreneurship 101 subject that the Philippine Commission on Higher Education approved to be rolled out as part of the new engineering curricula for 539 Philippine universities. He was honored with the prestigious Master Entrepreneur of the Year Award sponsored by Ernst & Young, Inc. magazine and Merrill Lynch Business Financial Services. Dado holds a B.S.E.E., cum laude, from the Mapua Institute of Technology in the Philippines and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
Eric Manlunas is the Founder and Managing Partner of Wavemaker Partners, an early-stage cross border venture capital firm dual headquartered in Los Angeles and Singapore with over $250M of assets under management. Eric started Wavemaker’s predecessor firm, Frontera Group, a prior early-stage boutique venture capital firm he founded in 2003. Eric is a two-time start-up entrepreneur turned venture capitalist who has a proven track record as an early investor in over 280 early-stage businesses. Prior to becoming a venture capitalist, Eric founded two technology start-ups, one in e-Commerce in 1996 and the other in Internet services in 1999, both of which were successfully built and eventually sold to strategic buyers. Eric began his career as a consulting associate with Arthur Andersen’s retail management consulting division from 1991-1995. He earned an MBA from Pepperdine University in 1995 and an undergraduate degree in Communications from Florida International University in 1990.
Danilo has over thirty years experience in fresh and packaged food operations in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and Europe. He is an expert in supply chain management, sales and marketing, grower relations, and setting up and managing domestic and international joint ventures. He is a Principal at Novelle Consulting LLC, a global consulting firm specializing in strategic marketing and operations in the fresh food industry. He currently sits as the Treasurer and Trustee of PhilDev.
Senior Program Manager, Google
Christine joined Google in 2003 and is currently a Senior Program Manager in Engineering, managing the Open Source Outreach team at Google. Through the years at Google, she’s worked as a Consumer Operations Manager, a Technical Program Manager, a Developer Relations Manager, and a Chief of Staff. Prior to Google, she was a Software Engineer at IBM and a Sales Engineer at various telecommunications companies.She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of PhilDev. Areas of expertise include program, project and people management in Engineering.
Vicky is considered as one of the pillars of the Philippine non-profit arena. She currently sits as Founding Trustee and Chairperson of Samahan ng mga Pilipina para sa Reporma at Kaunlaran, Inc. (SPARK Philippines), a SEC-registered NGO composed of empowered women and women champions committed to the development of women and women’s organizations as full partners in national development. She sits on the board of several organizations, extending her expertise to groups and associations whose advocacy mirror hers. She has served as Senior Consultant to the Office of the President of the Philippines, the Head of the Presidential Management Staff, Secretary to the Cabinet, and a Director of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office. She was also a longtime President of Ayala Foundation and Managing Director of Ayala Corporation.
Gladys is a Director at ICCP Venture Partners, Inc. She joined the firm in 2003. She has more than a decade of venture capital investment experience and is highly adept at all facets of the business. She also has more than eight years of experience in equities research and commercial banking. Gladys specializes in business process outsourcing (BPO), software, and IT-related service investments.
Prior to joining the Firm, Gladys was an Investor Relations Officer at the Financial Planning Division of Globe Telecom, a leading telecommunications company in the Philippines. She also handled equities research covering telecommunications, banking, and electronics manufacturing sectors at Angping & Associates, one of the top brokerage houses in the Philippines. Gladys serves on the Executive Committee of DirectWithHotels.

Managing Director, Warner Philippines
Ian is the current Managing Director of Warner Music Philippines. He has been an entrepreneur most of his career in the field of music, entertainment, and events before he joined the corporate world. He was the CEO that started FundKo, a fintech startup owned by the Guevent group before he took the helm of Warner Music Philippines. He is a graduate of Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, and of the School of Economics at the University of the Philippines-Diliman .
Martin is the Chairman and CEO of Pascual Total Health Group, one of the major healthcare groups in the Philippines. The group focuses on therapeutic areas of cancer treatment, cardiology, pediatrics and consumer health supplements. Overseeing strategy and expansion, he has developed strategic relationships with global pharmaceutical firms and is leading the expansion of the group through mergers and acquisitions. In addition to his expertise in the healthcare industry, he has operational experience in knowledge process outsourcing, having worked with San Francisco-based Black Letter Discovery, which was recently acquired by a private-equity firm. Martin is the Founder and Managing Director of Nest Capital, a seed fund investing in technology startups and early-stage companies in the Philippines and the Southeast Asia region. He sits on the Board of Trustees of PhilDev and is a member of the Young President’s Organization and Entrepreneurs’ Organization.
Jones has 39 years of banking expertise, with 32 years of international banking experience. He served as Area Head for South and Southeast Asia of Wells Fargo Bank, San Francisco from 2009 to 2011. From 2006 to 2009, he was Regional Head for Latin America and the Caribbean, of Wachovia Bank in Miami and managed 25 countries, 3 overseas offices, 30 team members and US$1.8 billion in loans. From 2005 to 2006, he was Executive Vice President and International Banking Group Head of the Union Bank of California in San Francisco. Jones has been Lead Independent Director of BDO Unibank, Inc. since April 2015 and has sat as an Independent Director since April 2012. He serves as a Trustee and Executive Vice Chairman of PhilDev and was formerly a director of Merritt Community Capital, Oakland and instructor at the University of the Philippines MBA Programme, Accounting and Finance in 1976 to 1977. Jones obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics, cum laude, from Harvard University. He received his Masters in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, from Stanford University.
Mikko is the Founder & CEO of Ayannah, an award-winning fintech start up providing affordable and accessible digital financial services to the world's emerging middle class. Prior to this, Mikko was part of the founding team of Chikka, a mobile instant messaging start up where he helped in expanding to China, India, Japan and the US prior to Chikka's acquisition by PLDT (NYSE: PHI). Prior to this, he worked as a private equity investment manager in Singapore and an investment banker at JP Morgan in San Francisco. Having begun his career as a community organizer helping build social enterprises in rural Philippines, he remains actively involved in initiatives that support social entrepreneurship and sustainable development. Mikko holds a BSc in Management (with Honors) and a BA in Development Studies (with Honors & Award for Excellence) from the Ateneo de Manila University, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Areas of Expertise include Entrepreneurial Finance, Technology and Operations Management, Leadership, People Management, Product Management, and Entrepreneurial Marketing.
Jennie is a Director at ICCP Venture Partners. A seasoned investment professional, she has more than 16 years of experience in venture capital investing, corporate finance, and investment banking. Jennie has considerable experience in managing e-commerce and consumer product or service investments. Prior to joining ICCP Ventures Partners, Jennie worked with two of the top investment banks in the Philippines, PCI Capital (now BDO Capital) and RCBC Capital, where she handled, corporate restructuring, private placements, and mergers and acquisition engagements. Jennie holds a Master of Science Degree in Finance, graduating with honors, and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, both degrees from the University of the Philippines-Diliman.
Jojo is one of the forefront movers and shakers of the local startup scene in the Philippines. Jojo is the co-founder of Launch Garage, an innovation hub based in Quezon City. He is the co-founder of the co-founder of Silicon Valley-based Plug and Play Tech Center and serves as its Vice President. Mr. Flores is involved in the overall strategic planning and prioritizing of Plug and Play and his immediate focus is on building strategic alliances in the Philippines and other reigns of Southeast Asia. He serves as Vice President for International Operations at American Liquid Packaging Systems (ALPS) and sits as one of its board members.
